After years of treating injuries and teaching Pilates in-person, I noticed a pattern: so many bodies weren’t moving the way they should. And often, the root cause wasn’t just physical — it was stress, burnout, and the pressure of busy lives.
That’s why I created this space: to help real people feel strong, mobile, and connected in both body and mind. My approach is simple and realistic — no fancy equipment, no endless hours, just short, effective pilates and mindfulness practices that actually fit into your lifestyle.
I believe movement should be supportive, not punishing. Every class is designed to help you release tension, reduce stress, and feel powerful.

My mission is to help you feel good from the inside out, strong, flexible, and balanced. Because when your body and mind aren’t stuck in survival mode, you finally have the freedom to thrive.

A little bit of background
I hold a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science, which gives me in-depth knowledge of how the body works, how to treat injuries, and how to create efficient workouts that keep you moving injury-free.
I understand that not all struggles are physical — stress and mental health often show up in the body. My approach blends movement with mindfulness so you can feel balanced, both inside and out.
From everyday movers to athletes, I’ve helped people improve performance, build strength, and move with more power and ease in their chosen sports.
I believe in training that fits into real lives. No endless hours, no fancy equipment — just effective, sustainable movement that leaves you feeling strong, mobile, and energised.
Over the last 3 years I go from travelling the world and living in a van, to working full-time and settling into a house. One thing is always constant...the need to take care of my body and mind wherever I am. These workouts help you thrive rather than just survive, in any lifestyle!
